Job description for Human Resource Business Partner SPV Lampung at Pt. Tunas Dwipa Matra (tunas Honda Motor)
- Pendidikan min S1 Psikologi/SDM
- Berpengalaman HR Generalist min. 3 tahun diutamakan
- Memahami UU Ketenagakerjaan
- Memahami Compensation & Benefit Design, Organization Development, HR Management Function
- Memiliki Leadership yang baik
- Melakukan proses penerimaan karyawan end to end
- Melakukan koordinasi dengan masing-masing department melalui monthly meeting.
- Mengelola dan menyelesaikan masalah hubungan karyawan dan perusahaan
- Memberikan masukan kepada manajemen perihal standing legal kasus yang sedang terjadi
- Memberikan panduan manajemen kinerja sehari-hari kepada manajemen lini (misalnya : pembinaan, konseling, pengembangan karir dan tindakan disipliner)
- Bekerja sama dengan manajemen dan karyawan untuk memperbaiki hubungan kerja, membangun mora dan meningkatkan produktivitas dan retensi
- Mengelola pemberkasan karyawan baik karyawan baru, promosi maupun mutasi
- Menjadi HR Representative dari Head Office untuk proses administrasi maupun compensation & benefit
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan institusi khususnya Dinas Tenaga Kerja baik kota maupun provinsi
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan institusi BPJS Kesehatan Lampung
- Menjalin hubungan baik dengan pihak kampus yang ada di propinsi Lampung
- Menyusun program untuk meningkatkan engagement karyawan terhadap perusahaan bersama People Development Dept
- Mengelola proses Organization & Development khususnya mengenai struktur organisasi, jobdesc dan Performance Appraisal karyawan
- Membuat inovasi khususnya di bidang digitalisasi proses HR
