About the Role

Are you a self-driven, adaptable, and integrity-driven individual with a passion for HR? We're seeking a highly motivated HR Specialist to join our growing team and play a crucial role in our recruitment and talent development initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and hire top talent.
• Assist with the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Participate in the onboarding process for new hires.
• Contribute to talent development programs, including identifying training needs and assisting with program implementation.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to identify and address talent gaps.
• Support with maintaining HR records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (preferred) or relevant experience in a similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent development, or a related HR function.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic and integrity.
• Proficient in written and verbal English communication.

Additional Informations:

• Work schedule: Monday-Friday (09.00 - 17.00 WIB)
