● People Development & Performance Management
● Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
● Policy, SOP & Compliance
● Reporting & Management Support
● Menyusun laporan rutin terkait rekrutmen, data karyawan, performance &
development
● Memberikan laporan dan insight strategis kepada CEO
● Menjadi filter awal isu SDM sebelum dieskalasikan ke manajemen
Qualifications
Experience: 2+ years in HR, preferably in digital marketing or creative industries.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology

- Memahami proses HR secara menyeluruh
- Mampu mengembangkan sistem HR, kebijakan, dan strategi pengelolaan
karyawan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, interpersonal, dan pemecahan masalah yang
baik
