Job description for Human Capital Staff at PT. Subur Berkah Nusantara
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain accurate employee databases and organize employment documents.
- Compile and verify attendance, leave, and overtime records for payroll preparation.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Support recruitment through job postings, initial screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding documents with relevant teams.
- Monitor contract expiry dates and probation periods, and follow up on required actions.
- Support training and performance review administration, prepare HC reports, and respond to routine employee inquiries.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum D3/S1 in Administration, Management, HR, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR/HC administration or HR Operations.
- Fluency in English is a must; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Familiarity with employee records, employment contracts, attendance, and payroll supporting data.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including lookup functions and PivotTables.
- Strong attention to detail, clear communication, and the ability to manage deadlines.
- A responsible approach to confidential employee information.
- Willingness to work on-site in Tangerang.
