Human Capital Specialist — PT Kapit Mas | Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia (On-site)
About the Role
PT Kapit Mas, a jewelry manufacturing and trading company based in Bali, is looking for a Human Capital Specialist to join our Human Capital & General Affairs Departement. Reporting to the HC Manager, this role is responsible for supporting Human Capital operations across employee administration, industrial relations, payroll support, performance management, and organization development. Working closely with department managers and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure Human Capital processes are effective, compliant, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage employee administration and Human Capital documentation, including employment contracts, promotion, transfer, compensation adjustment, warning letters, and other employee lifecycle documents.
- Support payroll administration by reviewing attendance, overtime, leave, and employee movement data prior to payroll processing.
- Coordinate Industrial Relations administration and ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
- Support performance management, organization development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HC reports, employee databases, and Human Capital analytics.
- Collaborate with department managers on employee-related matters and Human Capital initiatives.
- Support HRIS implementation, documentation management, and continuous improvement projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Human Capital, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or HR Operations.
- Experience handling employee administration, payroll support, and Industrial Relations processes.
- Good understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, BPJS administration, and employee lifecycle management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with HRIS or ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- High integrity with the ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.
