Job description for Human Capital Officer at Carsurin
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (vacancy advertisement, screening, interviewing, psychological test, scoring and making report recruitment).
- Assist the implementation of employee development, such as induction of new employees, training development; Make sure all tools are updated.
- Monitoring employee engagement in the company culture is aligned with the company mission and values.
- Doing administrations include attendance, all formulir, scan and index.
- Bridging management and employee relation by handling demands, complaints or other issues.
- Filing and maintaining all employee data for Compensation & Benefit administration.
- Possess Bachelor's Degree majoring in Psychology / MSDM / Law.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position will be an advantage.
- Familiar with UU No. 13 Year 2003 and Omnibus Law.
- Required Skills: Microsoft Office, Google Workspaces, Psychological Test.
- Good interpersonal, honest, responsible, proactive and fast learner.
- Perform teamwork spirit, good communication skills and detail-oriented.
- Work Location: Sofifi, Halmahera, North Maluku.
