Job description for Human Capital Manager at Vriddhi Agency
We are looking for a dedicated Human Capital Manager to lead our HR team and manage all aspects of human capital development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. This role is critical in shaping our workplace culture and driving strategies that align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement human capital strategies that support the company’s growth objectives.
- Lead the recruitment process, including talent sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
- Create and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, handling any employee relations issues that arise.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with HR software (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP SuccessFactors) and HR analytics.
- Proven ability to develop effective HR strategies and lead organizational change.
