Job Description

Learn and support activities and project related to HC strategy and people management, such as organizational development, performance management, recruitment, and culture change management
Managing the talent administration
Compiling data for reports to users
Other HC administration tasks

Requirement

Bachelor's degree (S1) in psychology, management, HR management or engineering
Fresh graduate, and/or having less than 1 year experience in human resources field
Basic understanding of human resources field, particularly recruitment, compensation and benefits concepts
Have basic Ms. Office (excel, powerpoint, and word) abilities (calculation, lookup, pivoting)
Meticulous and through in managing data
