Job description for Human Capital Generalist at Vesperia Global Merdeka
- Execute all end-to-end HR operations starting from employee induction, onboarding, running feedbacks to managing exits and employee grievances
- Manage daily & monthly HR Administration (petty cash, attendance, 2 weeks recapitulation including overtime, employee workload, compensation & benefit, medical reimbursement, and salary slip)
- Ensure employee data sanctity and real-time updation
- Regular review of HR policies and processes in line with changing business needs & objective
- Deliver high quality work in a high-paced, dynamic work environment consistently by managing time and effort across different deliverables
- Partner with teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage expectations
- Partner with hiring managers to drive clear job descriptions and clear position requirements
- Build good employee connects to understand the pulse of the team and proactively address any concerns to drive a happier culture
