Job description for Human Capital Executive at PT Widya Inovasi Indonesia
- Be the representative of company’s value and ensure company’s value implementation
- Conduct engagement program and internal communication to make sure employees are happy and aligned with company’s vision and mission
- Manage, measure and analyze employee performance and productivity objectively
- Conduct development program for individual and organizational
- Manage employee affair and administration (payroll, BPJS, attendance, etc)
- Provide recommendations on the development of systems and processes in terms of work and documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or related fields
- Min 3 year experience in human capital management or related fields, preferably in a startup company
- Strong knowledge of human capital management, people & organizational development, compensation & benefits (BPJS, payroll, etc) and Indonesian Labor Law
- Administrative expert and attention to detail
- Have a can-do attitude, enthusiasm, loyal, proactive, fast paced and bubbly personality
- Have a good listening skill and also a smooth talker
- Ability to work autonomously with full support but independent and driven
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta
