JOB DESCRIPTION
- Establish and implement HC efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
- Develop HC plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
- Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the HC needs of strategic goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience, certification, and education:
- Min 4 years experience as HC manager (from FMCG industry)
- Certified HC manager from BNSP
- Min S1 Psychology/Law or related preferred
Skill required:
- Excel on all HC functions
- Familiar with HCIS
- Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations
- Change management
- Data analysis
