ABOUT THE HC TEAM

At Mountoya, we want to transform the existing human resource function into human capital. We are just getting started. There’s a long way to go, and we need more relentless souls to join us on our human capital team to build something great.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Establish and implement HC efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.
  • Develop HC plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives.
  • Function as a strategic business advisor to the senior management of each business unit or specialty group regarding key organizational and management issues.
  • Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the HC needs of strategic goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefit plans that are competitive and cost-effective.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience, certification, and education:

  • Min 4 years experience as HC manager (from FMCG industry)
  • Certified HC manager from BNSP
  • Min S1 Psychology/Law or related preferred

Skill required:

  • Excel on all HC functions
  • Familiar with HCIS
  • Deep understanding of labor law and employment regulations
  • Change management
  • Data analysis
