We are seeking an experienced human resources practitioner to join our team. We are looking for someone
who will lead and improve day-to-day HR operations in the company, while also managing a part of general affairs and procurement process in the company. This person will also interact with number of associates and partners in the company, starting from sourcing the right people and manage their performance for projects. They will also act as an advisor to project leaders, managers, as well as employee in developing their capabilities to do the business efficiently and effectively. Someone who is reliable, communicative, possess high network of talent pools, ready for challenge, innovative, and able to work in various environment will be a great fit for this job.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Recruitment: Recruit and hire employee and associates/partners with different capabilities and background, and manage the offering process. Manage database for hired employees and recruited associates.
2. Capability Development: Develop employees capabilities according to business needs. Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. Assess and manage associates capabilities development.
3. Reward Management: Oversee and manage reward management process in organization.
4. Performance Management: Refine and manage performance management process for employees and associates, including assessment methodology, tools, and outcomes. Advise managers and project leaders on employee and associates’ performance.
5. Employer Branding: Increase company awareness among talent pools to attract potential employees and associates.
6. Culture and Engagement Champion: Nurture culture and employee/associate engagement through activities and working experience.
7. Knowledge Management: Develop and manage knowledge management activities in organization, including repository for projects documentation.
8. General Affairs: Oversee procurement process and maintenance for non-IT assets.
9. Academy: Managing Academy Division
10. Ensure HR business process is efficient to effectively support ensure business execution.
11. Work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
1. Min 8 years experience with proven track record in Human Resources Management, especially performance management, talent management and people development
2. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, preferably with experience in leadership position.
3. Experience in managing training center or training delivery is a plus
4. The ability to engage with personnel at all levels of employment.
5. Familiar with talent marketpool for associates is a plus.
6. Ability to work to deadline.
