Job description for Hub Leader - Makassar at Power Commerce Asia
Responsibilities:
- Manage hub orders to be fulfilled based on FIFO, or other defined priorities
- Responsible for all item storage in the hub
- Day-to-day fulfillment and delivery handover reports
- Assist Hub Operations Executive to manage backlog fulfillment pending
- Receiving/inbound from supplier/clients, and or main WH, else from 3PL returns
- Reporting and follow-up pending fulfillment
- Close communications with the store operations and clients (1st level) if needed
- Responsible for hub cleanliness
