Indonesia's First Dinosaur-Themed Theme Park at Rest Area
We're launching a groundbreaking concept, and we need a STRONG OPERATIONAL LEADER who can ensure every guest has a SAFE, SMOOTH, and MEMORABLE experience.
As the Operational Supervisor, you are the BACKBONE of Dino Playland. You'll be responsible for:
DAILY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Oversee all day-to-day operational activities across the park
- Ensure seamless coordination between operational staff, crew, security, and cleaning teams
- Manage shift schedules efficiently to maintain optimal staffing at all times
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement improvements
SAFETY & COMPLIANCE
- Conduct daily inspections of all rides and attractions to ensure safety standards
- Implement and enforce K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) protocols
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs across all operational areas
- Lead emergency response procedures when needed
GUEST EXPERIENCE & PROBLEM SOLVING
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues swiftly on the ground
- Ensure high service quality standards are maintained
- Manage emergency situations with calm and decisive action
- Turn challenges into positive guest experiences
FACILITY MAINTENANCE COORDINATION
- Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure all facilities are in top condition
- Schedule preventive maintenance activities
- Oversee repair and upkeep of park infrastructure
- Cover maintenance functions (MTC) when needed
REPORTING & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT
- Prepare daily operational reports for management
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement areas
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
WE'RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS:
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in ANY major
- MUST HAVE K3 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification — General or Tourism Sector (This is MANDATORY!)
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing operations in Theme parks / amusement parks / similar customer-facing operational environments
- Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for safety and quality standards
- Quick decision-maker under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
- Based in or willing to relocate to Malang, Jawa Timur
