Kualifikasi :

Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin,
Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai HSE Staff, Safety Officer, atau posisi sejenis di perusahaan manufaktur, engineering, kontraktor industri, energi.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik
Memiliki Sim A atau C
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris

Keterampilan Khusus :

memiliki Sertifikasi Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) dari Kemnaker RI (Wajib)
Mampu membuat laporan dan dokumentasi HSE
memili sertifikasi petugas P3K Kemnaker RI, Damkar kelas D Kemnaker RI, PPLB3 BNSP (jika memiliki menjadi nilai tambah)
Memahami implementasi SMK3, investigasi insiden, manajemen risiko K3 dan ISO
