Job description for HSE Staff at Sailun Group
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to promote a safe work environment
- Organize and conduct safety training programs for employees at all levels
- Provide guidance and support to ensure understanding and adherence to safety protocols
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and accountability throughout the organization
- Investigate accidents, near misses, and other safety-related incidents
- Analyze root causes and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and permits
- Develop and implement environmental management systems and initiatives
- Minimum Diploma in Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Public Health (or equivalent)
- Holds a General Occupational Health and Safety (K3) certificate, SMK3, ISO 45001
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HSE/K3 is preferred
- Proactive, communicative, with leadership skills
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin skill is a must)
