Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Environmental Health Safety Specialist at PT. Donlim Technologi Indonesia, located in Demak. The specialist will be responsible for implementing health and safety policies, monitoring compliance with regulations, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring workplace safety. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety training, managing incident investigations, and preparing safety reports. The role also involves coordinating with various departments to promote a culture of safety and ensuring that all safety standards are met.
Qualifications
- Environment Health and Safety (EHS) and Workplace Safety skills
- Health & Safety and Occupational Health experience
- Competency in Safety Training and conducting risk assessments
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Relevant certifications in EHS or related fields (Ahli K3, umum, kimia, wwtp, lingkungan)
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or related field
- Experiences on Manufacturing Industry and handling any audit is a must
