Job description for HSE Specialist at PT. ANUGERAH MEKANIKA SUKSES ABADI
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and ensure the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) programs in accordance with applicable regulations and company policies.
2. Conduct safety inductions, training sessions, and awareness programs for employees.
3. Prepare, maintain, and report periodic HSE programs, inspections, and evaluations.
4. Investigate workplace incidents, accidents, and near-miss events, and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
5. Coordinate emergency preparedness activities, including drills and response procedures.
6. Develop and maintain HSE documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and incident reports.
7. Identify workplace hazards and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety performance.
8. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including SMK3 requirements.
Qualifications
1. Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 1- 3 years of experience in the HSE field.
3. Possess a valid General K3 Expert (Ahli K3 Umum) certification.
4. Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations and the implementation of SMK3.
5. Experience in preparing HSE documentation, SOPs, work instructions, and incident investigation reports.
6. Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
7. Detail-oriented, disciplined, and highly committed to fostering a strong safety culture.
8. Demonstrates integrity, consistency, and accountability in both individual and team environments.
