Job description for HSE Officer at PT Bumi Mas Jaya Perkasa

Job Description

Menyusun dan mengimplementasikan HSE Plan.
Menyiapkan dokumen HSE dan CSMS.
Melakukan site inspection dan monitoring penerapan K3 di proyek.
Menyusun HIRADC, JSA, serta laporan HSE dan P2K3L.
Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen, administrasi, dan peralatan K3 di setiap proyek.
Berkoordinasi dengan Safetyman untuk memastikan implementasi K3 berjalan sesuai standar.
Melakukan tindak lanjut atas hasil inspeksi, audit, dan temuan HSE.

Qualifications

Minimal S1 Teknik, Kesehatan Masyarakat, K3, atau jurusan terkait.
Fresh graduate dipersilakan melamar; pengalaman magang di bidang HSE menjadi nilai tambah.
Memahami dasar-dasar K3, HIRADC, JSA, dan CSMS.
Memiliki sertifikat Ahli K3 Umum, Basic Safety, atau P3K menjadi nilai tambah.
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik, proaktif, teliti, dan memiliki kemampuan koordinasi yang baik.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office.
Bersedia melakukan perjalanan dinas dan ditempatkan di proyek luar kota maupun luar pulau.
