Pengalaman minimal 1–2 tahun sebagai HSE Officer (lebih disukai).

Memahami peraturan K3, lingkungan, dan sistem manajemen keselamatan kerja.

Mampu melakukan investigasi kecelakaan dan risk assessment.

Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, analisis, dan problem solving yang baik.

Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan melakukan perjalanan dinas jika diperlukan.
