Job description for HSE Officer at PT Intra Multi Global Solusi
ISolutions Indonesia is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and safety-focused professional to join our team as an HSE Officer, responsible for supporting HSE activities, documentation, reporting, compliance, and site safety management for project-based operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HSE, preferably in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project environments
- Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major
- Minimum certification: Ahli K3 Umum (AK3U) from the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker)
- Construction OHS certification from Kemnaker/BNSP is an advantage
- Experience in HSE documentation, reporting, inspections, audits, and project closeout activities
- Familiar with CSMS documentation and contractor HSE requirements
- Strong understanding of HSE regulations, risk management, and safe working practices
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to work on-site and support project-based assignments
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support HSE activities and compliance at project sites
- Conduct safety inspections, walkthroughs, and follow up on HSE findings
- Prepare and maintain HSE reports, records, permits, certifications, and inspection documentation
- Support HSE audits, regulatory compliance, and contractor HSE requirements
- Monitor corrective actions and ensure identified HSE findings are properly followed up and closed
- Support project handover and closeout activities, including HSE documentation and site readiness
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and relevant stakeholders on HSE matters
- Support HSE data consolidation, lessons learned, and project reporting
