Job description for HSE Officer at PT. Central Mall Kelola
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducting OHS measurements/inspections, hazard identification, and risk assessments, including OHS recommendations at all Central Park Mall locations; identifying unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and non-conformities, and taking preventive measures.
- Periodically conducting inspections and maintaining safety devices and/or protection systems, and reporting on OHS testing and maintenance results, including emergency equipment and facilities.
- Performing first aid and firefighting.
- Reporting all incidents (including near misses), violations, and accidents occurring.
- Promoting safety behavior to all parties and intervening in high-risk activities and conditions.
- Supervising all parties involved in high-risk work.
- Conducting toolbox meetings and OHS discussions at the worksite.
- Inspecting and validating worksite conditions, including but not limited to confined space access, connecting/disconnecting power, and working at heights.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree K3, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Medical Science or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have Certified K3 Umum is a must.
- Willing to work under shift and public holiday.
