The Oil & Gas Engineer and HSE Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safety and compliance of all operations conducted on oil rigs. This includes developing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies, conducting regular safety inspections, and maintaining adherence to occupational health and safety management system standards. The role also involves coordinating with project teams to ensure that all engineering and safety requirements are met, while supporting the overall objectives of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in promoting a culture of safety, managing risks effectively, and contributing to the successful execution of projects in the oil and gas sector.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related discipline. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on safety and environmental management, is required. Proficiency in Safety Awareness, Safety and Environment, Safety Inspection, Occupational Health And Safety Management System Standards, Oil and Gas operations, Project Management, and Safety Management Systems is essential.
