Requirements
10+ years of experience in HSE / Health & Safety.
Experience in Oil & Gas, Data Center, Construction, Engineering, or other high-risk industries.
Strong experience in setting up HSE processes, systems, SOPs, and compliance frameworks from the ground up.
Experience in HSE training, risk assessment, audit, and inspection.
Strong knowledge of HSE compliance and risk management.
Data Center / L3 environment experience is a strong advantage.
HSE certifications are highly preferred.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Riau / Pekanbaru-based candidates are preferred.*
Location & Availability
Primarily on-site in Pekanbaru, Riau.
Candidates outside Riau may be considered if willing to travel/relocate.
Immediate joiner or 1–2 weeks notice preferred.
Candidates with up to 1 month notice may still be considered.
