Job description for HSE Field LNG at PT. Wira Energi
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage HSSE Management Systems for LNG and gas infrastructure projects.
- Prepare comprehensive HSSE Safety Plans, JSA (Job Safety Analysis), and safety operating procedures.
- Ensure compliance with local and international safety standards during design, construction, and operations phases.
- Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across project sites.
- Facilitate HSSE training programs to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in the oil and gas sector.
- Holder of valid HSSE certifications (e.g., K3 Umum, K3 Migas, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of safety standards, risk management, and emergency response planning.
- Proficiency in developing and maintaining HSSE documentation and reporting systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to lead safety initiatives effectively.
Preferred Attributes:
- Experience in LNG facility safety management or other complex industrial projects.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
- Proactive mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving orientation.
