• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or related field
• Have Professional certifications (e.g.,AK3 Umum, etc) is a MUST
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer, fresh graduates also welcome!
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing safety programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong leadership qualities and problem-solving skills.
