HSE & GA SUPERVISOR
Location: Karawang
Key Responsibilities
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Conduct regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits, and environmental monitoring.
- Investigate workplace accidents and incidents and ensure effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate HSE training, safety awareness programs, emergency response, and preparedness activities.
- Monitor Pers Prot Equip PPE compliance and ensure safe working conditions across the workplace.
- Maintain HSE documentation, records, and reports, and support regulatory inspections and compliance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety culture and HSE performance.
General Affairs (GA)
- Supervise daily General Affairs operations, including facilities, building maintenance, utilities, company assets, and workplace services.
- Manage office supplies, housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other facility-related services.
- Manage and evaluate vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency.
- Monitor GA operational expenses, budgets, and service performance.
- Ensure company facilities, assets, and operational support services are properly maintained.
- Coordinate facility-related projects, repairs, and improvements as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HSE, with experience or exposure to General Affairs, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Valid K3 Umum certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian HSE regulations, occupational safety, environmental compliance, and GA operations.
- Experienced in risk assessment, safety inspections, incident investigation, and emergency preparedness.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HSE/GA reporting.
