Job description for HSE & Admin Staff at PT. AURA MUDA KREASINDO
We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive professional to join our project team as an HSE Staff for a Construction Management (CM) project based in Buleleng, Bali.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and support the implementation of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards by Contractors on the project site.
- Conduct routine HSE inspections and identify potential hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions.
- Coordinate with the CM team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project HSE requirements.
- Assist in promoting a safe working environment and ensure HSE procedures are consistently implemented.
- Perform other HSE and administrative duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety (HSE/K3), Civil Engineering, Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an HSE, HSE Admin, Project HSE, or similar role is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with relevant HSE education and strong motivation are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with HSE regulations, site safety practices, and project documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and possess good communication and coordination skills.
- Willing to be placed at the project site in Canggu, Bali.
