Job description for HRGA Supervisor at Pt. Wooden Fish Village
- Coordinating and arranging all human resource activities to support company operations
- Coordinating HRGA operational activities, including attendance issues, employee medical, periodic leave arrangements, scheduling, etc
- Manage and respond to prevailing company and government laws and regulations (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan)
- Conduct the interview and coordinate the process of recruiting and selecting candidates to meet manpower needs based on the budget approved
- Responsible to ensure all general affairs services are provided in accordance with company policy
- Conduct People Development program and become the center point of Training & Development activity
- Conduct Payroll Activities (Responsible to calculate Salary, Tax, Overtime, and allowance)
- Coordinating industrial relations tasks
- Coordinating community social tasks according to the company’s interests for the development of socio-economic condition of local communities
- Responsible for the management, filing, extension, and renewal of company licenses
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Laws/ Psychology/ Management HR
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Similar Position
- Have knowledge and understanding of Indonesian labor laws, Recruitment, KPI, People Development & General affair
- Have an understanding of occupational, safety, health, and environment (K3LH) procedures and can apply them at the workplace
- Willing to work with a roster system
- Excellent command of English both verbal and written
- Understand technical coaching and counseling
- Knowing interview techniques and Psychotest
