HRGA SUPERVISOR

Male, Max. 35 yo
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or MSDM or a related field
Minimum of 3 years in HRGA roles in Manufacture
Strong understanding of end to end process of Recruitment, Training, HR, Comben, IR, HRIS, OD & GA (Asset Management)
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage small teams
Proficiency in Employee Regulations (UUTK, BPJS, PPh21)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Microsoft Excel Advance
Available to relocate to: Karawaci, Tangerang, Banten
