Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources and General Affairs, preferably in a retail, FMCG or Manufacture environment.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian Labor Law, Industrial Relations, HR administration, and employee relations.
- Experience in managing office operations, facilities, and administrative functions.
- Familiar with HRIS, Microsoft Office, and reporting systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to support and coordinate HRGA matters related to manufacturing operations when required.
Job Description
- Supervise and ensure the effective execution of Human Resources and General Affairs activities for the Head Office and retail support functions.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, attendance, leave management, and personnel documentation.
- Support employee performance management, engagement programs, and organizational development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations matters and ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate disciplinary processes and maintain positive industrial relations.
- Oversee office facilities, workplace maintenance, company assets, office supplies, and administrative services to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Manage third-party vendors and service providers related to office operations, security, cleaning services, and facility management.
- Monitor and control HRGA operational expenses in line with approved budgets.
- Prepare HRGA reports, employee data analysis, and management reports as required.
- Lead and develop the HRGA team to ensure service excellence and operational effectiveness.
- Ensure implementation of company policies, procedures, and compliance standards across assigned functions.
- Act as the main HRGA point of contact for Head Office operations while coordinating and supporting manufacturing related HRGA activities when required by the business.
