Job description for HRGA Supervisor at Sun Motor Group
Based in Solo, this role will be responsible for overseeing HRGA operations across Central Java and Yogyakarta areas. The position involves managing daily HR activities, recruitment processes, employee administration, and general affairs operations to support branch performance and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also ensure compliance with labor regulations, maintain accurate HR records, support policy implementation, and coordinate various HRGA initiatives across multiple branches.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the automotive industry or multi-branch companies.
- Experienced in handling end-to-end HRGA operations, including recruitment, employee relations, general affairs, and branch support.
- Familiar with centralized HRGA systems and multi-branch operational coordination.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing efficiency and cost-control programs within HRGA functions.
- Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel for business trips.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR administrative reporting.
