- Recruitment end to end
- BPJS Reporting
- Responsible to lead and mentoring HR Intern
- Calculate Payroll monthly (Excel)
- Make sure the employee following company regulations
- GA : Handle Petty Cash Report, Procurement for Company needs, Contacting Vendor for Building Maintenance, Supervise 2 Office Boys, Responsible in Company Assets.
- Planning & execute for Company Employee Events
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Law / Human Resources or any related field
- Candidate MUST fluent in English. CV in Bahasa Indonesia will not be process
- Experiences as HRGA Coordinator / Senior level / Supervisor in Agency will be a plus
- Experiences working with Chinese people
- Experiences recruiting more than 5 positions 1 time
- Have a lot connections for General Affair needs
