Job Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, job offers, and onboarding.
Handle HR administration, including employment contracts, employee records, official correspondence, and personnel documentation.
Ensure compliance with company policies and Indonesian labor regulations.
Manage General Affairs activities, including company assets, office inventory, and workplace facilities.
Support the execution of internal company activities, such as onboarding, training, and employee engagement programs.
Prepare periodic HR & General Affairs reports.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an HRGA Staff or HR Staff.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment and HR administration.
Good knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR administrative processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented, disciplined, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Willing to work full-time on-site (WFO) in Tangerang.
Available to join immediately (Immediate Joiner).
