Job description for HRGA Staff at PT Holink Solusi Digital
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle office purchasing, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Manage company assets, inventory, and maintenance.
- Process employee reimbursements and manage petty cash.
- Prepare and maintain monthly payroll data, including attendance, leave, and salary adjustments.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration, including employee registration, updates, and termination.
- Support daily HR amp; General Affairs operations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HRGA or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience in purchasing, asset management, petty cash, reimbursements, and payroll administration.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiar with BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan administration.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Willing to work full-time on-site in PIK, North Jakarta.
