Job description for HRGA Staff at PT Surya Perkasa Utama
- Bachelor's degree in psychology/lawora related field.
- Have at least 1 years of experience as a HRGA or HRD.
- Required Competencies: Recruitment, Payroll Employee Relations, BPJS/ compensation, HR Administrative, and General Affairs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills a problem solver with strong attention to detail
- Understand employment laws and regulations
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, perfomance management employee relationships
- Calculate, process and distribute employee salaries and benefits in accordance with Company regulations and applicable laws and regulations
- Manage and maintain the work environment. such as building rental payments, company vehicles, building utilities company facilities, and office environment
