We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organized HRGA Staff who is comfortable working in a dynamic environment and supporting our team operations across Jakarta and Manila.
About the Role
As an HRGA Staff, you will handle a wide range of day-to-day HR and General Affairs activities, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee administration and database management, employee relations, HR systems, office operations, and vendor coordination.
You will also support employee engagement activities, maintain HR documentation, reports, and trackers, and act as one of the key PICs to ensure employee and HR operational needs are handled smoothly and on time.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, communicative, strong in follow-up, and able to take ownership of their responsibilities. Good English communication skills, strong spreadsheet/data management skills, and 1–3 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Recruitment, or HRGA will be an advantage.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable handling a variety of HR and operational responsibilities, and is interested in growing within an international working environment with cross-country exposure.
