PT. Absolut Boga Cipta & PT. Koalisi Papa Boga Makmur is looking for a passionate people to join our team as HRGA Staff

Job Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.

- Minimum 1 years of work experience as HRGA Staff

- Experience in the FnB industry (added value)

- Familiar with HRIS Talenta, Microsoft Office, and Job Portal Recruitment

- WFO in Joglo, Jakarta Barat and willing to work mobile (outlet visit)

- Able to join ASAP

Job Responsibility:

- Oversee all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, payroll management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations

- Handle employee relations and foster a positive work environment

- Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

- Maintain Internal Database via HRIS Talenta, Microsoft Office

- Manage facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

- Facilitate effective communication between management and employees
