Job description for HRGA Staff at Aybe Holidays

Jobdesk:

1. Mengelola administrasi karyawan (data, absensi, kontrak, dll)

2. Mengelola proses rekrutmen seperti postingan lowongan, screening CV, jadwal interview

3. Mengelola payroll sederhana dan rekap kehadiran pada system HRIS

4. Mengelola dan monitor kebutuhan operasional kantor (ATK, fasilitas dan kebersihan)

5. Membantu pelaksanaan kegiata internal perusahaan

Requirements:

1. Min. S1 Psikolog/Manajemen SDM/Hukum (wajib)

2. Pengalaman min. 1 – 2 tahun di bidang HRGA (wajib)

3. Memahami dasar administrasi HR & GA

4. Menguasai Microsoft Office (terutama excel)

5. Kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi yang baik dan ketelitian
