Job description for HRGA Specliast at PT. Advanced Offshore Services
This is a full-time on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia. As an HRGA Specialist for Contractor Oil & Gas Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Human Resources, General Affairs, and Administration functions. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing office supplies and facilities, and supporting general administrative activities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field as proven experience in Human Resources and General Affairs management
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
Able to work independently and multitasks
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in MS Office
Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is a plus
