Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process, including publishing the job, sourcing candidates, Interview arrangement and general onboarding process
- Facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding
- Maintain employee administration
- Create an employee attendance's monthly report
- Create training need analysis for each position
- Organize internal training when required
- Review & Monitoring Training Effectiveness
- Plan Employee Engagement activities to strengthen employee morale and retention
- Facilitate the end-to-end, off-boarding, ensuring employees complete necessary documents and forms
- Managing and maintain office facility, asset and other relate of general affair activity
- Responsible for the requisition of office supplies & consumables
- Take charge of the entire purchase requisition and purchasing order process
Job Requirement
- Have 2 year of experience as an HRGA (preferably in retail / FMCG industry)
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology / Management or related fields
- Fresh graduates are welcome, but having experience in related field will be prioritize
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill.
- Strong oral, written, visual communications skills
- Attention to details
- Professional & Proactive work ethic
This role will be placed in Penjaringan, North Jakarta (WFO / On-site)
