Job description for HRGA Specialist at Doughzen
Qualifications:
1. Male/Female age. 25-35th
2. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
3. Minimum 2 years experience in the same position for f&b industry will be Prioritize.
4. Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
5. Excellent project management and organization skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively with cross functional teams.
7. Placement at Central Jakarta and willing to work mobile (outlet visit)
8. Able to join ASAP
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee all aspects of HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Payroll Management, Learning & Development, Compensation and Benefits, and Employee Relations.
2. Handle employee relations and foster positive work environment
3. Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
4. Maintain internal database via Microsoft Office, E-dabu, and SIPP Ketenagakerjaan.
5. Supervise and coordinate general affairs activities
6. Manage facilities, ensuring a safe and conducive working environment.
7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
8. Facilitate effective communication between management and employees.
