Job Description :
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Handle HR administrative tasks, including document preparation, filing, and data management.
- Handle BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan administration and ensure compliance.
- Maintain and manage employee contracts and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives, including employee engagement activity.
- Ensure all physical assets of the company are well maintained.
- Ensure regular maintenance and care of company facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
- Min 1 - 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a startup environment or digital marketing agency (Fresh Graduate are Welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Willing to work from the office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
