Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in HR/GA
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling administrative tasks
- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proactive and willing to learn
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in Bandung
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding.
- Maintain employee administration and HR databases.
- Administer attendance, leave, and other HR administrative tasks.
- Support performance evaluations and employee training programs.
- Handle office operational needs and facilities.
- Maintain company asset records.
