Tujuan Jabatan

Mendukung kelancaran operasional Human Resources melalui pelaksanaan administrasi kepegawaian, rekrutmen, pengembangan karyawan, serta kegiatan employee engagement sehingga proses HR dapat berjalan secara efektif, akurat, dan tepat waktu.

Job Description

  • Melaksanakan proses rekrutmen mulai dari publikasi lowongan, sourcing kandidat, screening CV, koordinasi jadwal interview, hingga administrasi penerimaan karyawan baru.
  • Mengelola administrasi kepegawaian meliputi data karyawan, kontrak kerja, Informasi BPJS Kesehatan dan Ketenagakerjaan, absensi, serta dokumen HR lainnya.
  • Menyiapkan data dan administrasi pendukung payroll, termasuk rekap absensi, cuti, lembur, dan data pendukung penggajian.
  • Membantu pelaksanaan program training, pengembangan karyawan, dan kegiatan employee engagement perusahaan.
  • Menyiapkan kebutuhan rapat, membuat notulensi, serta melakukan monitoring tindak lanjut hasil rapat.
  • Mengelola kebutuhan operasional kantor yang berkaitan dengan kegiatan karyawan, perlengkapan kantor, dan aktivitas internal perusahaan.
  • Melakukan rekap data inventaris kantor, dan melakukan daftar pembelian secara berkala.
  • Melakukan pemantauan dan kontrol terhadap kebersihan dan kerapihan kantor.

Kualifikasi

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1 tahun di bidang HRGA.
  • Fresh graduate dengan pengalaman magang atau organisasi yang relevan dipersilakan melamar.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan administrasi yang rapi, teliti, dan terorganisir.
  • Proaktif, memiliki inisiatif tinggi, serta mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
  • Mampu menjaga kerahasiaan data dan informasi perusahaan.
  • Memiliki minat untuk berkembang di bidang HRGA secara menyeluruh.
