We're Hiring HRGA Officer
Location: Central Park 2, Jakarta Barat
We're looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HRGA Officer to join our team.
Scope of work :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding.
- Handle HR administration (payroll, contracts, attendance, leave, BPJS, Coretax).
- Maintain employee database and personnel records.
- Manage office facilities, assets, vendors, and operational support.
- Oversee industrial relations, labor compliance, and employee cases.
- Develop and maintain HR policies & SOPs.
- Handle expatriate (TKA) administration.
- Drive KPI implementation, performance management, talent development, and disciplinary processes.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related field.
- 2–3 years of HRGA experience.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor regulations.
- Experienced in recruitment, payroll, BPJS, Coretax, and General Affairs.
- Fluent in English (written & spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently or in a team.
