Job description for HRGA Manager at PT. CFU Technology Indonesia
Job Role:
The HRGA Manager ensures that the "Do Great Make Better" culture is ingrained in every employee. You will lead the full spectrum of HR and GA functions, focusing on talent acquisition, organizational development, and infrastructure improvements that support the company’s rapid growth across IT, manufacturing, and retail distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales, retail, and manufacturing roles in a high-speed environment.
- Organizational Development: Update organizational structures, design JDs, and set KPIs to drive better performance across all departments.
- Industrial Relations: Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and manage harmonious employee relations.
- Learning & Development: Oversee TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and design/conduct internal training programs to help employees "Make Better" their skillsets.
- General Affairs: Manage site facilities, security, company assets (vehicles/buildings), and labor-related permits.
Candidate Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or related majors.
- Experience: 7–10 years in HR/GA, with at least 3 years in a Managerial role.
- Proven experience in Technology or Consumer Electronics industry.
- Technical Expertise: Mastery of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Cipta Kerja) and Industrial Relations.
- Proficient in HRIS, Payroll management, and SOP creation.
- Experience in TNA and training material design.
- Language: Professional English, Spoken and Written, for daily communication with stakeholders and reporting.
- Professional & Personal Competencies: High-initiative mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a culture-builder personality.
