We’re looking for a new top notch leader as HRGA Manager that will help them to manage Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all activities of Human Resources and General Affairs in client’s holding company and its office branches (Semarang & Surabaya)
- Lead and supervise Recruitment, HR Operations, and GA Team
- Design training program to enhance employee skills, including collaborating with leaders in identifying talent
- Develop and implement program to improve employee performance, culture, and engagement
- Manage administrative tasks, including compliance with ISO and regulations
- Handle industrial relations and design HR policies
- Manage General Affairs tasks, including facility management, office operations, and managing company assets
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology/Business Administration/Law or any relevant major
- Strong background in Human Resources and General Affairs, especially in Leadership Training, Recruitment and Organization Development
- Experience in General Affair in Distributions and Manufacturing Industry
- Has 4-6 years of experience as HRGA Manager (Generalist)
- Has good leadership and interpersonal skill
- Has ISO Certification or strong experiences in handling ISO Certification
- Willing to be located in Taman Tekno, BSD, Tangerang
