- Bachelor Degree in Psychology, Law, or Human Resources Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR supervisor, HR Manager
- Compeherensive understanding of HR management functions, including recruitment, payroll administration, employee attendance, industrial relations, and compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations
- Capable of supporting the development and implementation of HR systems, policies, and employee management strategies to improve organisational effectiveness
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and performance management skills, with the ability to identify development opportunities and effective HR solutions
