Job description for HRGA Manager at PT Panca Mitra Prima Sejahtera

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  2. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
  3. Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, and other issues.
  4. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  5. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  6. Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  7. Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  8. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  9. Oversee and manage the general administrative functions including office management, facilities, and procurement.
  10. Develop and implement GA policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Manage the administrative budget and ensure cost-efficiency.
  12. Foster a positive and productive work environment through effective employee engagement and communication strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and administrative management roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office suite.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
